2. How to Participate
Participants may qualify for incentives by completing the following steps:Survey Completion
Participants who fully complete the online survey hosted at alchemyresource.com will receive a $50 Amazon eGift Card, after a brief phone call from an Alchemy representative to verify your information. Gift card will be delivered via email same day of verification.Note: Gift card amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Calls must be attended in full to qualify.
